These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by ANNA READDY, operated by Krishna Kumar and Araba Khan. By accessing our website, using our studio services, or purchasing products from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Studio Services (Permanent Tattoos & Mehndi)

2.1 Walk-In Policy

Our studio operates on a walk-in basis. No prior appointment is required. Service availability depends on the artist's current schedule at the time of your visit.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a permanent tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. Mehndi services are available to all ages.

2.3 Pricing

Tattoo pricing starts at ₹499 and varies based on size, complexity, placement, and design details. Mehndi pricing starts at ₹2,499 for bridal and party packages. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added to the final amount. The final price is communicated and agreed upon before the service begins. There are no hidden charges.

2.4 Hygiene & Safety

We follow strict hygiene protocols including the use of sterilized, single-use needles, disposable gloves, and medical-grade disinfectants. All equipment is sanitized between sessions. Your safety is our priority.

2.5 Aftercare

Aftercare instructions are provided after every tattoo session. Following these instructions is essential for proper healing. Results may vary based on individual skin type and aftercare adherence.

3. Online Shop (Temporary Tattoos)

3.1 Product Description

Our temporary tattoos are water-transfer tattoos designed to last approximately 7 to 8 days under normal conditions. After this period, the tattoo will naturally begin to fade and disappear. Longevity may vary depending on skin type, body area, and exposure to water or friction.

3.2 Pricing & Discount

Temporary tattoo prices range from ₹499 to ₹3,399. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is calculated and added at checkout. A 10% discount is applied on all orders with a subtotal of ₹899 or more (before GST). This discount is available to everyone and is applied automatically at checkout.

3.3 Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.

3.4 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website checkout or via WhatsApp. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with your order ID. You can track your order using the order ID on our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

4. Shipping

We ship temporary tattoo orders across India. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Return & Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery only. Exchanges are subject to the product being unused and in its original packaging. No monetary refunds are provided; only product exchanges are available. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of ANNA READDY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

ANNA READDY provides services and products in good faith. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
