This Shipping Policy applies to all online orders of temporary (sticky) tattoos placed through our website or via WhatsApp. Studio services (permanent tattoos and mehndi) are provided in-person at our studio and do not involve shipping.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and work with you to find an alternative solution.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay at the time of delivery (COD).

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as courier partner schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote locations. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after placement.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp with your tracking details.
- You can track your order anytime using your order ID on our Order Tracking page or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
5. Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected by the delivery person at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
6. Packaging
All temporary tattoos are carefully packaged in protective, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each product is individually sealed to maintain quality.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
