1. Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged product, a wrong item, or wish to exchange for a different design, you may request an exchange within this window.
2. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and unopened in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
- You must provide your order ID and a photo of the product you wish to exchange.
3. No Monetary Refunds
We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns will be processed as product exchanges only. You may exchange for any other product of equal or lesser value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference at the time of delivery of the replacement.
4. How to Request an Exchange

- Provide your order ID, the item you want to exchange, and a clear photo of the product.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the exchange within a few hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped to you. The original product will be collected by our courier partner.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or applied to the skin.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Exchange requests made after the 24-hour window.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Studio Services (Non-Returnable)
Permanent tattoo and mehndi services provided at our studio are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These are personalised services performed on the body and cannot be reversed or exchanged. We encourage all customers to discuss their design preferences thoroughly with the artist before the session begins.
