ANNA-RADDY Bike Club is a cycling community that organizes group rides and cycling events in the Delhi NCR region. We are a proprietorship business operated by Shekar Rajput, with our office located at Metro Pillar 1775, 1st Floor, Cheera Khana, Nai Sarak, Delhi, 110006.
We are a new and growing club. Our offerings, ride schedules, and services may evolve over time as we develop our community.
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 to 30 years only. By signing up, you declare that you are within this age range and are medically fit for cycling activities. If you have pre-existing medical conditions (heart conditions, asthma, joint problems, etc.), you must consult your doctor before joining.
We offer the following membership plans:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) + 18% GST applicable. Membership fees are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to existing members before their next renewal period.
We accept Cash and Cheque payments only, collected in person at our office. A payment receipt will be provided upon payment. Online payments are not currently available. 18% GST is applicable on all membership plans. All listed prices are exclusive of GST.
Membership includes access to organized group rides, the ride calendar, and our community communication group. Additional benefits may vary by plan. Specific benefits for each plan are listed on our Membership page.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact us at clubinfo@annaraddy.online within 7 days of payment.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a membership if a member violates these Terms, engages in unsafe behavior during rides, or acts in a manner that is harmful to the club or its members. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
We organize group rides across Delhi NCR. Ride schedules, routes, and meeting points are communicated to members in advance. However, ride schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions, road conditions, member availability, and other factors.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone rides due to adverse weather, unsafe road conditions, insufficient participation, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of cancellations in advance, but last-minute cancellations may occur. If a ride is cancelled by the club, we will aim to schedule a replacement ride. Cancelled rides do not entitle members to refunds or membership extensions.
Our rides are accompanied by 2 SUV support vehicles carrying water, basic tools, spare parts, and a first aid kit. 2 qualified doctors accompany rides for medical emergencies. In case of an accident, the ride leader and on-ride doctors will provide immediate first aid, emergency services (112) will be called if required, and the rider's emergency contact will be notified.

Cycling is an inherently risky activity that involves the risk of serious injury, illness, or death. By participating in ANNA-RADDY Bike Club rides and events, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANNA-RADDY Bike Club, its proprietor Shekar Rajput, and its ride leaders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANNA-RADDY Bike Club, its proprietor, and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in rides, your use of our Website, or your violation of these Terms.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on our Website. Information is provided for general informational purposes only.
