Riding Responsibly

We encourage all riders to follow these guidelines for a better riding experience. Cycling involves inherent risks, and each rider is responsible for their own safety.

Emergency Protocol

In case of an accident or medical emergency during a ride:

  1. The ride leader will assess the situation and our on-ride doctors will provide immediate first aid
  2. Emergency services (112) will be called if required
  3. Other riders will be directed to a safe location
  4. The rider's emergency contact will be notified
  5. Nearest hospital information is shared with riders before each ride
  6. An incident report will be prepared by the ride leader

On-Ride Safety: 2 SUV support vehicles and 2 qualified doctors accompany every ride. First aid kits are available on both vehicles.

Cycling is an inherently risky activity. ANNA-RADDY Bike Club provides organized rides but does not assume liability for injuries, accidents, or losses during rides. Each rider participates at their own risk. See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service for full details.
